Submit Music

Undergrad Records is looking for indie artists (signed or unsigned) for music placement on the show. The conditions are as follows:

-There is a small payment for licensing your music for placement on the show. In trade for allowing me to use your music, credits are placed within the show, as well as video descriptions, on the main website (www.undergradrecords.tv), as well as other promotional ways (Example: Bands with tracks in the current episode are added as top friends on the MySpace in the order their track appears in the show). Links are also provided to the tracks on iTunes (if applicable).

-By submitting music, you agree that you own the rights to the music, or have permission to submit music on the artists behalf for placement in the show. If the rights are in question, you will be contacted to verify that the music can be submitted.

-You can send any track(s) you would like to be considered for placement via attachments or links for download. Instrumentals are a plus because it makes editing the audio/video together easier, but is not necessary. I can generally find a way to make it work if need be.

-Obviously the tracks submitted should be of best audio quality possible.

-If/when your tracks are selected, you will be notified ahead of time so you can submit your link that you would like included in the show (generally, but not limited to, a MySpace link). A sync license will be sent to you as well, and your music cannot be used without it being completed. You will also be contacted with the link to the show episode when it is posted.

-These terms are subject to change whenever I get around to updating them as need be.
