Patrick Owen

I'm currently a Senior at The University of Texas - San Antonio. At the end of this semester, I will have graduated with a General Business Major, Management Minor, as well as a Certificate in Music Technology.

I worked at Rhapsody Street Studios for 5 years until its transformation into Hollywood Studios, working as both an engineer, as well as the late Studio Manager. In 2007, I was nominated for a Grammy as an engineer on Rebecca Valadez's self-titled album for "Tejano Album of the Year". I've also had various other jobs over the past few years; artist management, video editing/production, and was part of an A&R development program for Arista and J Records.

On top of being in the show, I'm also the webmaster of this site and the Undergrad Records label site. It's always been a dream of mine to own my own record label and be a part of music, considering that I'm not terribly creative when it comes to creating music of my own. I do most of the video work for the show and online promotion, so I've always got something going on keeping me busy.
